Starting in March everybody’s world flipped. That would include ours. Pretty much everything planned was thrown away and we had to pick up everything on the fly. Here are some highlights. 1-Last April I was to travel to Orlando for my Master’s intensive. That didn’t happen. It became two weeks online via Zoom. 2-Our YWAM Richmond’s Potter’s Pantry feeding program that was feeding 50 households a month jumped to 120 households in one week. Many families lost their jobs and needed food. We have been doing our best to help them since last April. 3-A lot of our stranded ELC students who couldn’t get home ended up staying for our Prayer and Counseling Seminar over the Summer. 4-We had 12 Summer teams scheduled to come- all canceled. 5-Riots broke out in Richmond. God lead us to call the church to bring worship to the protest. We saw hundreds worship and protesters coming to know Jesus. It was powerful. (See Picture) 6-We are going to all 2500+ doors in our neighborhood inviting people to come to open-air events at our campus to hear the gospel. We believe that everyone has the right to hear about Jesus Christ's gift of salvation. 7-What about my Master’s intensive in Canada this October? That’s right, it is on Zoom once again. This year we have been so busy we have struggled to communicate as we have in the past. With that, I am so sorry. But at the same time, we are so grateful for those of you who have been faithful in supporting us through this season. Thank you so much for standing by us. In His service, Campbell Family PS. It is true that everything this year's plan have been thrown away or postponed. Almost all of us are affected by Covid-19. At the end of 2019, I have so much hope and dreams that I planned to start in 2020. Unfortunately, Corona Virus happens, and I have no choice but to cancel everything. I felt so unproductive, scared, depress and sad. Despite of it all, I don't question God, I know there's a reason for these things to happen. Though I must say, I am proud with the humanity, we strive hard to survive and surpass everything.
