Kids, Snow, and Homeschooling

Michaella spent some time teaching Justin the names of the continents in the world and he has been a quick learner.Anyway, the following day after we arrived in Colorado we went to a McDonalds where Justin was playing in the playground. He made a new friend who was 5 years old. Shortly after they started talking Justin told the other boy, "We are in North America." 
Our kids have been looking forward to Snow. So they have been praying that it would snow when we arrived in Colorado. Well God answer their prayers! Last week the temperature dropped to -22 ° C in Colorado and yes it did snow.

We have also been homeschooling since we arrived. Traveling and homeschooling is never easy, but you do get to do things as a family like field trips. Last week we drove down to the Garden of the Gods and went on a tour (see picture). It was pretty cool. We saw a couple of deer and enjoyed God's beauty.
