Our Church has Grown over 200%!

Yes it is true. Our church (Victory Santa Rosa)  has grown over 200% in the last 8 to 9 months. Where it used to have 3 services in one location, it now how 6 services in two locations, and we are about to add a 7th service. What is awesome is most of the growth are people starting a new relationship with Jesus Christ!

Honestly this growth has just been a move of God. He is touching lives and people are responding. Pastor's and leader's are doing their part, but clearly with 200% growth, it is just God moving.

That is exciting. Most churches would love to grow so quickly. But this kind of growth does come with it's challenges. ''

Jesus said, "Therefore go and make disciples..." not, "Go and make converts." So the big need we are facing as a church is the discipleship of new believers. Just think about it. Two out of every three people are new to the faith. There is a huge need.

So for the last couple of months before we move to North Carolina to work with YWAM Charlotte we are helping our church. Volunteers are in short supply so I (Dustin) has been helping with ushering while Haydee and Michaella are helping with the Kid's Church.  We have also been active in our Victory groups (cell groups). 

Please take a couple of minutes and pray for our church. Pray for the Pastors, leaders, and volunteers as they are giving their all to help with the growth. Also pray the the new people who accepted Jesus as their Lord. Pray that no one will fall through the cracks and that they will be discipled.
