Equipping and Sending Leaders Globally
Here’s how we are actively fulfilling our vision:
- Speak at Discipleship Training Schools (DTSs)—sharing biblical teaching and encouraging future missionaries.
- Train DTS staff for YWAM Virginia, preparing them for teaching and leadership roles.
- Teach and staff the MA in Team-Based Communication at the University of the Nations (UofN), helping students develop both communication and leadership skills.
- Mentor emerging missionaries, walking alongside them through coaching, prayer, and practical guidance.
- Lead the pioneering YWAM campus in Lynchburg, VA, where we disciple college students—and through our on-campus dorm, we introduce them to missions via training and short-term outreach.
