Typhoon and Teaching

On Tuesday night around 1 am a category 3 typhoon hit our area and lasted until 11 am the following day. There was lots of destruction with down trees and power outages. As you can see in the picture the community where YWAM Laguna ministers in was hit badly and had a lot of flooding.  Haydee, was able to join the YWAM staff for the house to house visitation where they were able to give some practical help, encouragement, prayers, and help debrief the mothers as they told their stories on how they survived.  Overall, we made it through safe and sound.
Third week of June I had the privilege to teach in the Laos Focused DTS in Eastern Thailand on hearing God's voice. What a great batch of students and staff! They were so open that it was a pure joy to see them learn. I look forward for their updates as their school continues.
In the next couple of months we will be very busy and doing a lot of traveling. As a family we will be traveling to Baguio, Antipolo, and Battambang, Cambodia.
